At Haus of Cats, we want you and your Kitty to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Return Process
If you need to return your order due to selecting the wrong size, color, or if it wasn’t quite what you expected, please follow these steps:
- Ensure the item is unused & in resellable condition – Returns must be in original packaging and initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Contact Us First – Before sending any returns, reach out to our Customer Service Team via our home page with your Order Number and requirements.
- Return Shipping – Return shipping costs are not covered and must be paid by the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or missing returns.
- Once we receive the item we will process returns, credits or refunds, please note this may take time and updates will be provided once made.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’re here to make it right!
Contact our Customer Service Team with:
- Your Order Number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we’ll quickly arrange for a replacement or store credit.
