15 day Returns & Refunds for Change of Mind

At Haus of Cats, we want you and your Kitty to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return Process

If you need to return your order due to selecting the wrong size, color, or if it wasn’t quite what you expected, please follow these steps:

  1. Ensure the item is unused & in re-sellable condition – Returns must be in original packaging and initiated within 15 days of receiving your order.
  2. Contact Us First – Before sending any returns, reach out to our Customer Service Team via chat Icon at the bottom right hand of the page, Providing your Order Number and reason for return or exchange.
  3. Return Shipping – Return shipping costs are covered, and a label will be provided to you.
  4. Once we receive the item we will process returns, credits or refunds, please note this may take time up to 10+ days and updates will be provided once made.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’re here to make it right!

  • Your Order Number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we’ll quickly arrange for a replacement or store credit.
